Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
  • Delivery time: 5–7 working days
  • Tracking details will be shared by SMS or Email

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most products
  • COD depends on your location
  • Mondamart reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated failed deliveries

🔄 Returns

  • 5-day return policy from the date of delivery
  • Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • A ₹70 return charge will be deducted from the refund

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item
  • Refund time: 5–7 working days
  • COD refunds will be sent via UPI or bank transfer
